Refund

You may use this form to make a request for consideration for a refund that falls within our 24 hour cancellation policy due to extenuating circumstances. Please allow 3-5 business days for your response. You may email any supporting documents such as police reports or doctor's notes to us directly at info@livingoceantours.com. Please understand that when completing your reservation you agreed to a 24 hour cancellation policy and that completing this form does not guarantee your request for refund will be approved.
