Check-in time is 15 minutes prior to your scheduled boat departure time. Please arrive early to ensure that you do not miss the boat. If you are driving yourself, please plan for additional time to find and pay for parking so that you can be at the boat and ready to board 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time. Out of respect for our guests we attempt to leave on time. Refunds unfortunately cannot be processed for guests who are late and miss the boat.

There is a parking lot at the harbor right next to our boat. Parking is $2 per hour. During peak times such as weekends and holidays it can be difficult to find parking. Please allow additional time to find parking or consider taking a taxi/rideshare service.

Please bring a towel (if you are on a snorkeling trip), sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. In an attempt to conserve plastic, if you have your own water bottle please bring it. All snorkeling equipment will be provided but if you already have your own you are welcome to bring it along.

We do our best to accommodate guests with all levels of swimming ability but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get the full experience of our tour if you are unable to swim. This tour does offer a snorkel school and floatation vests to help all guests to be comfortable in the water but it will be up to you to determine if it is something you are able to do or not. Our team will be there to assist you every step of the way and you can still view the turtles and many reef fish from the boat if you are unable to get comfortable in the water.

The minimum age for all of our tours is 3 years old.

Yes we have lifejackets and snorkel vests on all of our tours.

The BYOB sunset cruise is our only BYOB Tours. Glass bottles are not permitted on this tour so please bring canned beverages. We do not permit alcoholic beverages on our Turtle Canyons Snorkel Excursion and all other tours are operated on our vessel “Lokahi” that has a cash bar (no BYOB).

Any child under the age of 16 is required to be accompanied by a paid adult on any of our tours. All children under the age of 18 must have a guardian complete their liability waiver. Our waivers can be completed online so this can be done ahead of time and remotely.

Yes you can bring a camera or go pro and we highly encourage it. We do not allow drones on our tours.

No, we do not offer cameras for rent.

Yes we do have prescription masks. They are available for rent at the boat for $10. You cannot wear glasses with your snorkel mask. You can wear contacts. We suggest wearing disposable contacts if possible.

We do not recommend our tours for pregnant women. This is mostly due to the delayed access to health care as well as motion sickness and risk of slip and fall. If you have an emergency there will be a significant delay before you are able to access emergency services and get to a hospital. While we want to inform you of the potential risks involved in participating, ultimately the decision will be left to you and your physician.
